I totally get it! Let me help ease your nerves. I am here to take care of you & help you feel comfortable with my process.

I will be guiding you through your first visit every step of the way. Follow the steps below & you will be set up for success!

What to Expect Next…

I can’t wait to meet you! I understand that going to a new artist can feel a little intimidating at first. Here’s some info to help make your first visit as seamless & comfortable as possible.

The Pre-Visit

I’ll be notified as soon as you book your first visit, you will receive a confirmation text & email from my booking platform Gloss Genius.

I’ll also be notified if you fill out the New Client Form & respond via email with 24 hours to help assist you with booking your first visit!

You will receive a reminder text & email 72 hours before your appointment. I will send you a message the day of your appointment that will include details about my location & parking.

I will be here to greet & welcome you to my studio for your appointment!

The Consultation

At your first appointment, we will have extra consultation time to chat through your booked services, discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, & desired maintenance. I will check in about previous experiences, give recommendations, & answer any questions you have!

The Appointment

Once we get a good game plan together you are more than welcome to relax & enjoy some quiet time while I work, we can chat & get to know each other, or you are more than welcome to sign into the Wi-Fi & get some work done! It’s your appointment to do whatever you prefer!

I also have a phone charger at my station & fully stocked snack & beverage bar for you to enjoy while you’re here!

In between visits

Follow any aftercare instructions I mention during your visit. I will give you guidance for booking your next appointment when you leave. I send out a regular email with tips, tricks, & updates! You can always reach out to me with questions & scheduling needs, I always want to ensure you are satisfied with your services!
